We are accepting band 5 and 6 staff with prison experience or band 6 staff without prison experience but looking to start working within the setting. Duties include but are not limited to: • Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced based healthcare interventions for prisoners within a prison and other secure environment. • Providing a holistic nursing care to prisoners taking account of cultural and spiritual needs/beliefs. • To carry out risk assessment of service users, and plan care accordingly. • To maintain high standard of care, administration of medications, health promotion and support for inmate.
